If the e-mail contact aims toward conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for processing data is found in Article 6, Paragraph 1 lit. b General Data Protection Regulation.

3. Purpose of data processing
Personal data obtained from an input mask is processed exclusively toward establishing contact. When contact is made via e-mail, it must be clear that the recipient has justified interests in processing transmitted data.
Other personal data processed during transmission serve the prevention of contact form misuse and safeguard the security of our technical information systems.

4. Duration of storage
Data is deleted as soon as their purpose has been fulfilled. For personal data from the input mask on the contact form and for those transmitted via e-mail, this is the case when the appropriate conversation with the user has been completed. The conversation is ended when facts prove that the matter concerned has been finally clarified.
Personal data additionally collected during submission is deleted after a maximum time limit of seven days.

5. Right to objection and deletion
The user at all times has the right to retract his consent to the processing of personal data. If a user makes contact with us via e-mail, he or she is entitled to retract his or her agreement to the storing of personal data at any time. In such a case the conversation cannot be continued.
All personal data collected during the process of making contact will then be deleted immediately.

You have the right to demand information on whether your personal data will be transmitted into a third-party country or to an international organisation. In such a case you may demand information concerning suitable guarantees according to Art. 46 DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation) in connection with the transmission.

2. Right to corrections
You have a right to demand corrections and/or completion from the legal representative if the processed personal data concerning you are incorrect or incomplete. The legal representative must carry out corrections immediately.

3. Right to restriction of processing
Under the following conditions you can demand restrictions on the processing of personal data which concern you:
(1) if you dispute the correctness of your personal data for the period necessary to affect corrections by the legal representative;
(2) if processing is illegal but you oppose deletion of personal data and instead demand limitation of usage of personal data;
(3) the legal representative no longer requires the personal data for processing, but you require the data for enforcement, exercise or in defence of legal claims, or
(4) if you have objected against the processing according to Art. 21 Para. 1 DSGVO, but it is not certain yet if the legal representative’s justified reasons outweigh your reasons.
If processing of personal data concerning you was restricted, this data may only – excepting their storage – be utilized with your express permission or for the enforcement, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interests of the Union or of a member state.
If processing was restricted according to above-mentioned conditions, you will be advised by the legal representative before the restriction is lifted.

4. Rights to deletion
a) Liability of deletion
You may demand immediately deletion of personal data concerning you from the legal representative, who is obligated to delete this data immediately, provided one of the following reasons apply:
(1) The personal data concerning you is no longer required, as the reasons for collection or processing in any other manner are obsolete.
(2) You retract your consent on which processing was supported according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a or Art. 9 Para. 2 lit. a DSGVO, and any other legal basis for processing is lacking.
(3) You have filed an objection to the processing according to Art. 21 Para. 1 DSGVO and no overriding justified reasons for processing are known, or you object to processing according to Art. 21 Para. 2 DSGVO.
(4) The personal data in question were processed illegally.
(5) Deletion of personal data concerning you is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation according to the rights of Union or the rights of member states of which the legal representative is a subject.
(6) The personal data concerning you were collected with regard to services offered by the information company according to Art. 8 Para. 1 DSGVO.
