bisoft OEE – Availability x Performance x Quality
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) at a glance
At the press of a button the bisoft OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) key figure configurator determines the OEE coefficients of standard key data such as availability, performance and quality. Key data specific to your enterprise can be defined and adapted to your requirements by a formula generator. Individual generation of reports, evaluations and instant reports from ongoing processes and key data is provided by the MES key figure and analysis system. Data from machines, assignments and quality checks are available online – as also planning times, job control and production times.
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is a recognized indicator within the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) concept, defined by the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance concept as the significant key figure for deficiencies in a plant.
Aim of the OEE observation is comparison, analysis and improvement of defined coefficients over a long period. Each OEE component is assigned a different target.
